The way that players can access these Mission Bonus rounds is for the Scatter Mission symbol to appear on Reels 2, 3, and 4.  This very rarely ever happens and players should definitely not look forward to participating in this bonus opportunity.

The next type of bonus round in Flight Zone is the Free Spin Bonus Round.  When the Scatter Missile symbol appears on Reels 1 and 5, you win 1- Free Spins.  All prize amounts during the free spins are doubled and the feature can be retriggered.  Also, players can access the Mission Bonuses through the Free Spin Bonus Feature.  Again, players should not get there hopes up, for it is almost impossible to even get a Scatter Missile to appear on the gaming reel, let alone get two to appear on Reel 1 and 5. 

While the game is completely cluttered and not at all user-friendly, for the most part Flight Zone is fairly easy to navigate.  Along the bottom of the screen contains all of the gaming directives.  Here, everything from bet amount to bet per line amount to spin are displayed.
