Against a multi-purpled backdrop exists a maladroit and drab gaming screen.  Oversized gaudy symbols on the spinning reel comprise most of the screen.  There are twelve total gaming symbols in Carnival, including a wild card and Scatter symbol.  The Wild Card symbol appears in the form of a golden lettered word with a various colored fan shaped feathers around the letters.  This symbol acts as a substitute for all symbols with the exception of the Scatter symbol.  Taking creativity to the next level, the Scatter symbol is simply the word Scatter in a circle.  While all winnings must occur from left to right, the Scatter symbol pays in any order as long as three or more of the symbols appear.
